Do you have Halloween costumes that you and your children no longer wear? Are you tired of them taking up space in your closet?
If so, Bossard Library is looking for new or clean, gently used costumes for all ages (toddlers, children, teens, and adults) for our Halloween Costume Exchange on Saturday, October 14.
For each costume you donate, you will receive a costume ticket that you can use to exchange for a costume of your choice on October 14.
For those costumes with props/accessories, please place those in a large labeled zip-lock bag and attach it to the costume.
Stand-alone props and accessories will also be accepted. For each prop/accessory you donate, you will receive a prop ticket that you can exchange for a prop/accessory of your choice on October 14. Any donated makeup/paint must be sealed (unused).
Don't need a costume but have some you would like to part with? Would like to help out by purchasing a new costume? We will gladly accept both to help build up our inventory.
Costumes/props/accessories may be dropped off at Bossard Library on the following days: Saturday, September 16; Sunday, September 17; Saturday, September 23; Sunday, September 24; Saturday, September 30; and Sunday, October 1. Please ask for Lynn when dropping items off.
If you would like to donate a costume but are unable to drop it off one of the days listed above, please call (740.446.7323 x 229) or e-mail (LPauley@bossardlibrary.org) Lynn to arrange another time.
No monetary compensation will be offered for items.
