Visit Bossard Library's 2nd Avenue parking lot on Thursday, October 30 for Trick-or-Treat Night at the Library.
Bossard Library staff will be handing out treats not tricks (while supplies last) from 5:30 PM -- 6:30 PM.
In the event of rain, this event will be held inside.
