The Library's new StoryWalk title is now on display at the French Art Colony.
Our title for December is Santa's New Beard written by Caroline Crowe and illustrated by Jess Pauwels.
Oh, no! It's right before Christmas and Santa has accidentally shaved his beard off!
How will all the boys and girls recognize him?
The elves declare, "We'll fix it!", but nothing - glue, bubbles, whipped cream - seems to work.
Santa is just about ready to declare no Christmas gifts this year when a teeny tiny elf named Lizzie has an idea.
Will it work? Will Santa be able to deliver all the presents on Christmas Eve?
Read the book to find out!

StoryWalk is a way for children and adults to enjoy both the great outdoors and great children's books. Follow the pages of the story as you walk from frame to frame along the path. StoryWalk promotes literacy, physical activity, and parent/caregiver involvement.
The StoryWalk Project was created by Anne Ferguson of Montpelier, VT and developed in collaboration with the Kellogg Hubbard Library. StoryWalk is a registered service mark owned by Ms. Ferguson.
